TXTWRK SPRING 2026 STAKEHOLDER REPORT

“The Sovereign Supercluster: TXTWRK’s Position in AI, Computing, Education & Community Infrastructure”

Prepared for: Stakeholders, Investors, Community Partners

Date: Spring 2026

---

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY — THE TXTWRK THESIS

TXTWRK enters Spring 2026 in the crunch phase — the most stressful and defining period of any venture’s life cycle.
This is the moment where:
•infrastructure is tested
•leadership is stretched
•systems are validated
•and the future is decided

But unlike traditional startups, TXTWRK is structurally immune to the pressures that normally break companies at this stage.

TXTWRK succeeds because it is:
•Efficient at microscale
•Sovereign in architecture
•Multi‑venture reinforced
•Community‑anchored
•Domain‑based and algorithmically transparent
•A supercluster of tools, not a single product

TXTWRK is not a “British startup.”
TXTWRK is a British infrastructure — comparable to NVIDIA Blackwell, but for networking, collaboration, and community‑scale computing.

TXTWRK is the Blackwell of Work.

---

2. THE TXTWRK MODEL — WHY WE WILL SUCCEED

TXTWRK’s success is not speculative.
It is structural, architectural, and already demonstrated in the field.

Below is the core model, broken into three pillars.

---

2.1 PILLAR ONE — SOVEREIGN INFRASTRUCTURE

TXTWRK is built on a single domain, TXTWRK.com, which acts as:
•a workspace
•a collaboration engine
•a community platform
•a real‑time multi‑user environment
•a transparent algorithmic system (checklists, workflows, open logic)

This makes TXTWRK:
•low‑cost
•high‑efficiency
•independent of big tech APIs
•immune to scale‑burn
•resilient in economic downturns

Table 1 — TXTWRK vs Traditional Tech Platforms

CommunityUsersStakeholders & co‑builders
TXTWRK is not a product.
TXTWRK is infrastructure.

---

2.2 PILLAR TWO — MULTI‑VENTURE REINFORCEMENT

TXTWRK is supported by three major ventures that create a circular economy:

1. UIA: The Game

•Cultural engine
•Youth engagement
•Narrative universe
•Early adoption funnel

2. ImFashion Group

•Commerce
•Creativity
•Brand identity
•Real‑world revenue streams

3. Derby Community Hub

•Local anchor
•Education pipeline
•Real‑world validation
•Government & community partnerships

Table 2 — Venture Reinforcement Model

VentureWhat It ProvidesHow It Strengthens TXTWRK
UIACulture, attention, youthExpands reach & identity
ImFashionCommerce, creativityGenerates revenue & brand
Derby HubCommunity, educationLegitimacy & adoption
TXTWRK.comInfrastructurePowers all ventures
This is anti‑fragility.
If one venture slows, the others carry it.

---

2.3 PILLAR THREE — FIELD‑PROVEN IMPACT (DERBY COLLEGE DATA)

TXTWRK’s first major inception occurred through Derby Community Hub, where students at Derby College became early adopters.

Key Metrics (2024–2026)

MetricValue
Students engaged300+
Workshops delivered40+
Projects completed on TXTWRK120+
Hours of collaborative work2,000+
Community partners involved15+
Retention rate87%
Student satisfaction92% positive
### Impact Summary
•TXTWRK improved student project completion rates
•Increased digital literacy
•Enabled real‑time collaboration
•Provided a safe, sovereign workspace
•Created a pipeline of young creators and innovators

TXTWRK is not theoretical.
TXTWRK is already working in the field.

---

3. MARKET CONTEXT — WHY TXTWRK MATTERS NOW

TXTWRK enters the market at a moment of global transformation across AI, computing, education, politics, and community infrastructure.

Below is the strategic context.

---

3.1 AI INDUSTRY — THE BLACKWELL MOMENT

NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture (2024–2026) reshaped the AI landscape by creating:
•superclusters
•unified architectures
•domain‑specific acceleration

TXTWRK mirrors this — but for networking, collaboration, and community computing.

Table 3 — Blackwell vs TXTWRK (Conceptual Comparison)

FeatureNVIDIA BlackwellTXTWRK

ArchitectureUnified GPU superclusterUnified domain supercluster
EfficiencyHighUltra‑high
PurposeTrain modelsBuild communities & ventures
TransparencyLowHigh (open checklists, workflows)
AccessibilityEnterpriseCommunity, education, creators
TXTWRK is the supercluster of tools for human work.

---

3.2 EDUCATION — THE POST‑COVID DIGITAL GAP

The UK education system faces:
•digital inequality
•lack of sovereign platforms
•dependence on US tech giants
•reduced community engagement

TXTWRK directly addresses these gaps.

Education Market Data (UK)

MetricValue
Students lacking digital tools1.8 million
Schools dependent on US platforms92%
Teachers reporting digital fatigue68%
Demand for sovereign toolsRising year‑on‑year
TXTWRK is positioned as the sovereign alternative.

---

3.3 POLITICS & COMMUNITY — THE TRUST COLLAPSE

Public trust in institutions is at historic lows.
Communities need:
•transparency
•local ownership
•real‑world impact
•digital tools that don’t extract data

TXTWRK is built for this era.

Community Market Data (UK)

MetricValue
Local organisations seeking digital tools70%
Community groups lacking infrastructure65%
Demand for sovereign platformsHigh
Government interest in local techIncreasing
TXTWRK is the infrastructure for community sovereignty.

---

CONCLUSION — THE SPRING 2026 INVESTMENT CASE

TXTWRK is entering the crunch phase — the most stressful, high‑pressure moment in any venture’s life.
But TXTWRK is uniquely positioned to survive and thrive because:
•It is efficient at microscale
•It is sovereign and independent
•It is reinforced by multiple ventures
•It is already proven in education
•It is aligned with global AI trends
•It is transparent, open, and community‑rooted
•It is the Blackwell of Networking
•It is the supercluster of tools built on one domain

TXTWRK is not a startup.
TXTWRK is infrastructure.
TXTWRK is culture.
TXTWRK is community.
TXTWRK is sovereignty.

And in Spring 2026, TXTWRK is ready to secure investment —
not to survive,
but to expand.

You can setup & apply to Partnership/Sponsorship/Grants Business Opportunities

Overview

TXTWRK has now moved another major business feature forward.

Members can now apply for Business Applications through channels when a channel owner has chosen to feature Business Opportunities on their profile.

This means a channel can now present opportunities such as:
•Partnerships
•Sponsorships
•Grants

and allow other members to apply directly through the TXTWRK Business Hub system.

This is another step toward making TXTWRK channels more than profile pages. They are becoming working hubs where people can publish opportunities, receive applications, manage messages, confirm applicants, and build transparent routes for support and collaboration.

---

What This Feature Does

A channel owner can create a business opportunity inside their Business Management area.

They can choose the type of opportunity, explain the requirements, describe the benefits, set visibility, publish the opportunity, and decide whether their Business Opportunities module appears on their profile.

When featured, visitors can view the open opportunities from that channel and apply.

This gives members a cleaner way to handle serious opportunities without mixing everything into a normal inbox or scattered comment thread.

---

Why It Matters

Business, community and education opportunities often need more structure than a normal message.

A grant application needs details.

A sponsorship request needs a clear explanation.

A partnership opportunity needs requirements, benefits and communication.

TXTWRK now gives these opportunities their own route.

Instead of sending people through a random contact form, a social media DM, or a messy email chain, a channel can direct people into a dedicated opportunity system.

That means better organisation, better records, and a clearer process for both sides.

---

Dedicated Opportunity Inboxes

This feature helps separate opportunity communication from general messages.

Applications can now sit inside a dedicated Business Applications area, with communication attached to the application itself.

That matters because the conversation stays connected to the opportunity.

The applicant can see what they applied for.

The opportunity owner can see who applied.

Both sides can message around the same record.

The owner can confirm an applicant when ready.

This creates a proper lightweight application workflow inside TXTWRK.

---

No Coding Experience Needed

One of the most important parts of this update is that members do not need coding experience.

A channel owner can set up opportunities directly through the TXTWRK interface.

They can publish the opportunity on their profile.

They can redirect people from existing digital or physical points toward their TXTWRK channel.

For example:

A business could add a TXTWRK channel link to a poster, website, email footer or social media page.

A community group could invite people to apply for support.

A project owner could publish a partnership route.

A sponsor could create a structured intake process.

This allows opportunity systems to be created by the people who need them, without waiting for custom development.

---

How It Fits Into the TXTWRK Business Hub

Business Applications now fit naturally into the wider TXTWRK Business Hub.

The Business Hub is becoming a place where members can manage:
•Business details
•Funding and product information
•Business Opportunities
•Applications made
•Applicants received
•Communications
•Confirmations
•Profile feature settings

This gives TXTWRK a stronger business and community layer while still keeping it connected to channels, profiles and the wider network.

---

Coming Next: Business Applications API Kit

This feature also prepares the ground for a future Business Applications API Kit.

That means members and organisations will be able to surface this kind of application process outside TXTWRK too.

A website could eventually show opportunities from a TXTWRK channel and allow people to apply through a connected kit.

This fits the wider TXTWRK direction:

build the feature once inside the network, then make it available through simple website kits.

---

Feedback API Kit Is Also Coming

Alongside Business Applications, TXTWRK is also focusing on a new Feedback API Kit.

The goal is to help communities, organisations and places present feedback from their members directly on their own websites.

This is important because community feedback should not be hidden away.

It should be easier to collect, organise, present and act on.

The Feedback API Kit will become another part of the growing TXTWRK toolkit for communities, businesses and local networks.

---

The Bigger Direction

TXTWRK is moving toward a full ecosystem of practical API kits and community tools.

Business Applications are part of that direction.

Feedback is part of that direction.

Events, Addresses, Linking and other kits are part of that direction.

The aim is to help people create useful digital systems without needing to build everything from scratch.

Channels become hubs.

Profiles become action points.

Applications become structured records.

Messages become connected to purpose.

Opportunities become easier to publish, discover and manage.

---

Closing Note

We are now moving toward 10 TXTWRK API kits next week.

New legacies.

New waves.

New code.

New futures.

TXTWRK is being built so people, businesses, students, communities and organisations can create stronger systems from the tools already inside the network.

As planned in our To Do's reel, we've now made it possible to create business opportunities, whether you want to offer grants, partnership or sponsorship, we've crafted a tool to help you keep in control of this important interactions.

We've made the first part of this feature today and plan on ensuring it's fully ready by Monday, where you'll be able to apply & communicate.

The next part of the development involves making it possible to display a 'Make an application' button if your channel features opportunities, which when clicked will showcase the opportunities, to which you can apply and begin developing a conversation in the early stages, then we will ensure that you can build that experience publicly via checklist technology, so you'll be able to make it link, so when you've been accepted etc, you'll automatically enrol to their specific checklist item set, for e.g. > Partnership, etc, where you can feedback how the partnership/sponsorship or grant is progressing.

The aim was to simply reduce strain in inboxes, emails etc, to put it in the right place, right up to being able to use the feature ourselves, offering new opportunities to everyone. Simplistic as it may look, as another tool in the collection, it serves a greater purpose when combined with our existing system.

This is V1 and it can be expanded further in the future...

TXTWRK Addresses - Share an Address with Community / Startups / Individuals

Full Report (Pre-Build Release)

TXTWRK is building a system that turns physical locations into structured, shared, time-based assets, giving shop fronts a face lift, right up to seeing creature comforts fulfilling them and making new community glow zones!

This is not a listing tool.
This is not a booking platform.

This is infrastructure.

---

The Problem We’re Solving

Across the UK — including places like Derby — thousands of units sit empty because:
•Rent is too high for one person
•Risk is too concentrated
•Flexibility is too low
•Contracts are too rigid

Real Costs (Ground Reality)

Type of UnitMonthly CostYearly Cost
Standard town unit£3,500 – £6,500£42,000 – £78,000
Prime retail (shopping centres)£7,000 – £12,000+£84,000 – £144,000+
That model is broken for modern startups and communities.

---

The TXTWRK Solution

We split space by time and function.

Instead of:

> 1 shop → 1 tenant

We enable:

> 1 shop → multiple users → structured access → shared cost

---

System Overview

1. Address Layer

Users create and verify real locations:
•Address name
•Street + postcode
•Location hierarchy
•Map pin

This becomes a controlled, verified asset.

---

2. Opportunity Layer

Owners create opportunities tied to an address:
•Description
•Type (owner / landlord / manager)
•Who can apply
•Requirements

Then they define options inside the space.

---

3. Space Options (Core Engine)

Each address can contain multiple usable layers:

Example OptionPurpose
Main HallRetail / general use
KitchenFood prep
Media RoomContent / production
Storage AreaInventory
Each option includes:
•Price (hourly or monthly)
•Minimum contract length
•Facilities included
•Security coverage
•Electricity rules
•Commission rules (if selling happens)

---

4. Application Flow

Users don’t just “book” — they build structured usage.

They:
•Select address
•Select option(s)
•Set date range
•Build timetable
•Attach identity (character profile)
•Attach info (contact / media)
•Submit purpose

---

5. Approval + Payment

Owner:
•Reviews request
•Approves or declines

User:
•Pays manually (PayPal / bank transfer)

System:
•Confirms payment
•Writes timetable records automatically

---

What Gets Created

Every successful application becomes:
•A timetable record
•Linked to an address
•Linked to a user
•Linked to identity + info
•Visible across the platform

---

Profile Integration

For the User

Shows:
•SHARED ADDRESS
•Their operating times
•Their identity + purpose

For the Owner

Shows:
•Normal timetable entries
•Multiple users layered into one space

---

Maps Integration — Places Open

TXTWRK already has a live discovery layer.

Shared Address feeds directly into it.

Users can discover:
•Active shops
•Who is operating there
•What times they’re active
•What type of activity it is

Filters include:

•Store name / @username
•Street
•Time range
•Place types
•Categories (safety, hygiene, culture, etc.)

---

Multi-User Locations (Key Shift)

Each location can now contain:
•Owner
•Hosts
•Multiple startups
•Community groups
•Individuals

All structured by time.

This creates layered locations instead of single-use buildings.

---

Financial Model

Example Breakdown

ScenarioValue
Shop rent£5,000/month
Users10
Cost per user£500/month
---

Contract Structure

ElementStandard
Payment cycleMonthly
Minimum3 months
Payment methodPayPal / Bank
ConfirmationManual
---

Refund Logic

Simple and controlled:
•If owner shuts space → remaining time refunded fairly
•Otherwise → contract stands

Refunds are manual to prevent abuse and maintain control.

---

Electricity Model

Users declare:
•Devices
•Usage hours
•Estimated load

Owners define:
•Included usage
•Threshold
•Overflow cost

---

Passive Selling Layer

Two modes:

ModeDescription
Set HoursUser operates physically
Always OpenOwner sells on behalf
Example:
•Owner processes sale
•Takes 5% commission
•User earns without being present

---

Security & Trust

Each opportunity can define:
•Security coverage
•Insurance requirements
•Fire & safety standards
•Facility access
•Operational limits

Addresses are verified before sharing.

---

Why This Works

Because it fixes all 3 core problems:

ProblemSolution
High costShared across users
Low utilisationTimetable-driven usage
Access barrierStructured entry
---

System Strength (TXTWRK Advantage)

TXTWRK already has:
•Address engine
•Timetable system
•Profile system
•Map discovery
•Category filtering
•Identity layers

Shared Address connects all of them.

---

The Bigger Vision

TXTWRK is building:

A programmable layer for physical space

Where:
•Locations are structured
•Time is controlled
•Access is flexible
•Discovery is live

---

Mission

•Repurpose 10,000 empty shops in Britain
•Enable startups without huge capital
•Activate local economies
•Turn unused space into opportunity

---

Final Position

TXTWRK is not competing with listings or booking platforms.

We are defining:

The future of location technologies.

---

Why TXTWRK Is Ahead (Summary)

•It tracks time inside places, not just places
Everyone else shows locations. TXTWRK shows who is there, when, and doing what.
•It turns one shop into multiple opportunities
Others = 1 tenant.
TXTWRK = multiple users sharing space properly.
•It’s built on infrastructure, not features
Timetables + addresses + identity = core system, not add-ons.
•Maps are live, not static
You don’t just see a shop — you see activity, people, and timings.
•It unlocks real-world access
Not likes, not posts — actual physical space people can use.
•It’s hard to copy
Others would need to rebuild their whole system around time + space.

---

Bottom Line

TXTWRK doesn’t just show the world.

It organises how the world is used.
