These shares are informal until official registration but represent a stake in the entire platform and not in partner organisations. We are dedicated to meeting our targets and providing an exit strategy for shareholders, regardless of risks. Our clear roadmap and strategic planning ensure that all investor interests are safeguarded, and we are committed to transparent and proactive risk management to protect shareholder value and achieve long-term success.
3.1.2 Voting Rights
Investors in this funding round will not be granted voting rights. All voting rights will remain with the founder, Mr. A. Clare, for the foreseeable future.
