WORK IS CONSTANT.
You never stop. Sitting idle? That's lazy work. Complaining? That's wasted work.
Real work builds body, mind, and community – decade by decade, for a full century.

Clock in. Here's your lifelong blueprint for the typical Brit:

Teens & 20s: Foundation Crew
Build the base. Strength, skills, habits, networks.
Lift weights, learn trades, apply relentlessly, fail quick, stay ravenous.
This sets up 80 more years – easy or excruciating? Your call.

30s: Peak Operator
Max output. Career peaks, family launches, mortgage battles, weekend footy with the kids.
Fuel high: Train fierce, eat smart, stash cash, guide the juniors.
Skip the gym now? 50s will bill you double.

40s: The Crossroads
Choose your path. Strong, savvy, connected, time-rich... or achy, exhausted, broke, regretful?
Invest big: Prioritise sleep, heavy lifts, and "no" to nonsense. Doors stay open if you keep knocking.

50s: The Surge
Accelerate. Most coast; winners charge. Hormones fade? Discipline fills the gap.
Outlift the young guns, launch that hustle, volunteer, lead teams.
Legends aren't born here – they're forged.

60s: Wisdom Warriors
Mentor mode. You've got stories + (if you've worked it) a solid frame.
Channel it: Coach clubs, teach skills, spark community builds.
Stay ripped – deadlift your weight at 65, or skip the party.

70s: Rebel Years
Defy the script. Shatter "golden years" myths.
Daily 10km walks, lug the groceries, boogie at weddings.
Britain needs your proof: Ageing down is a choice.

80s & 90s: Legacy Stride
Keep striding. Light weights in the gym, full smiles at family dos.
You're the ad for persistence. Grandkids gawk: "How?!"
You: "Never quit the work."

100: Triumph Tour
Parade time. Strong to the end? The nation salutes (it bloody should).

No "retirement" from humanity's hustle. Can't find paid gigs? Invent unpaid ones.
Hammer up a community hub, bin the streets, train the nippers, kick off a ramblers' crew.
Moaning's off the menu. Applying's the rule.

Your body's a century-long build site.
You're the gaffer. Show up. Swing hard.

TXTWRK - Video will soon get an upgrade, to cater for compression etc, currently you can do a 1 minute video at 20mb, with your own compression options, therefore you can hit higher quality/resolution if 0-30s long, ideal for quick intel updates or content creation engagement.

As a content creator, it's important to get to grips with using apps like @CapCut so you can be mindful about your own data capture & storage. Through teaching better practices, connecting your web storage to content in the future, we can let you be in charge of your TXTWRK data, to your heavy data. You can currently do that via sharing a link in a post, that relates to your storage space in Checklists. Anyone with a web server can connect it to checklists using our Dev kit and upload there, making it accessible for everyone else and also providing a space for others to upload to as well!

New update needed for bad words, 1. Follow existing algorithms 2. Plus if bad word found, then jump to 'Cover' to say bad word found and you must apply cover or click 'Accept Profanity Cover' instead of using cover.

Solved.

Apply across other input areas and implement cover structures for notes, needs, etc...

Then we will be fully covered in this space, steps ahead of BIG TECH!

Already taken numerous steps now to provide blocking in messages/notifications/etc, it's just the start in this journey in safeguarding our audiences around the world.
