I appreciate that packaging can sometimes be affected during handling, and I am not suggesting that the phone has been opened, used, or is otherwise defective. My concern is simply that the presentation did not reflect the premium standard that Apple has spent decades establishing.
For that reason, I would like to ask whether Apple would consider providing a replacement retail box so that the presentation of the product reflects the experience I believed I was purchasing.
If Apple is unable to provide a replacement box because of internal policy or logistical reasons, I would appreciate understanding what options are available to restore the premium customer experience. If the only practical remedy would be to replace the complete retail unit, I would be happy to discuss that option, although my preference is not to replace the phone itself, as it has already been set up and is functioning perfectly.
My intention is not to seek compensation or to make an unreasonable complaint. Rather, I hope Apple will recognise that, for many customers, the retail packaging is part of the product experience that has distinguished Apple for decades. I believe Steve Jobs’ vision was never solely about creating exceptional technology—it was about creating exceptional experiences from the very first moment a customer held the product in their hands. That is the experience I felt I had invested in, and unfortunately it is the part of my purchase that fell short.
