To deliver the fund, money must be set aside and job roles must be developed, to ensure the fund can be deployed and safely delivered, with customer support for up to 4 years. Below are examples of how the fund must be delivered fairly, from country to country, improving security in the financial world.

+ China: 1,412,600,000: £14.126 trillion fund
+ UK: 68,000,000: £680 billion fund
£5 trillion / 100m people = £50,000 per role
8b / 100m = 1 in 80 to security role (4 years)
